Love
your stories guys! Mom, don't worry I'm not spending to much time working out.
I run in the morning and do push-ups and sit-ups and pull-ups at night before
bed. :) Me being obedient is something you don't need to worry about at all, I
promise. I'm loving the work and everything. The last week and a half has been
amazing! I also became the victim of a crime today! Someone smashed our window
and stole my violin, backpack, running shoes, and all my music. Bummer. Besides
that we are absolutely tearing no up the very white field! (Doctrine and Covenants 4) Don't have a lot of
time, so this is it. Gotta talk to cops and plan and stuff. Love you!

It was our car that was broken into and it was on p-day. I had it because
I had to practice a piece with elder B I was playing in church yesterday,
and p-day was one of the only days we had to practice. Don't worry, I'm most
definitely not focusing too much on running or violin. I work out when I'm
supposed to and I practice my violin on p-days. Heavenly Dad has just got the
darnedest sense of humor. Material things don't matter and he knows
that.sometimes we get caught up in that. After spending a lot of time thinking
about it, because what you said crossed my mind, I decided that it's just a
little trial of faith. It's definitely not Him telling me to not care about
that stuff. And after church yesterday I'm 100% sure of it, so I'll leave it at
that. :) Last week was awesome just because no one
could say no! We handled out 4 Books of Mormon from Thursday through Saturday
and taught so many lessons it was just great! This week was even better! One
guy we are teaching, C, doesn't want to get baptized because the bible
says 'one baptism' and so were just working on him slowly. He had an amazing
time at church last week but wasn't able to come yesterday. We had a lesson
with him on Friday and we were teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, so we read
3 Nephi 11. He was declining things and talking and after we finished he kept
on saying wow! I loved that chapter! And we said, "THATS THE SPIRIT!!
THATS WHAT THAT FEELS LIKE!" Then he told us he had had a really bad day
at work and reading that with us had made him forget all about it. And we said,
"THATS THE SPIRIT AGAIN! THATS EXACTLY WHAT THE SPIRIT DOES, SO PAY
ATTENTION TO THAT FEELING WHEN YOU READ, COME TO CHURCH, OR PRAY ABOUT WHAT
WE'VE TAUGHT!!!" It was such a great lesson. And we had two fantastic lessons
with A this week. He is so solid. We
taught him the plan of salvation. We read 2 Nephi 2 for the plan of salvation
and were drawing out everything on the chalkboard, then when we taught the G.
Of JC later that week we read 2 Nephi 31 and drew everything out on the board
for him again! It made so much sense to him and he was feeling a lot more
comfortable about baptism by the end of the week. I've got interview with President on Wednesday around 3:00. My companions
name is Elder F!! I'll try to get a picture. Love you!
HunterIt's ok, no worries. They only took the stuff I listed off. I would be freaking out a lot more if they took my wallet. I don't think you want to send me new shoes. They cost about $90. I am an expert on teaching YSA now you know! I'm usually just really blunt and straightforward. I tell people that our claim is that we are he only true church on he earth, because we are he only church that has been organized by Jesus Christ himself, and that we have very real evidence of that claim. That evidence is the Book of Mormon. There's a bit more that goes into it, but that's basically it. Enjoy!
